I hope your week is off to a great start!
Today I wanted to share a Canva glitch that is happening quite a bit lately that affects both sellers and buyers. I haven't found much online about this, in fact, it seems it's only being talked about in small pockets of the community, and I think it's important for everyone to be aware of!
Basically, a template link on a PDF delivery that has been working for a period of time, all of a sudden stops working. This happened to me with a product in a recent bundle. This product had sold 100 copies without issue previously and then one day the link stopped working- a customer was getting an error message (one that I could not recreate). The next day my VA let me know that this was an issue and she stumbled on a post on Facebook about it and shared it with me, and multiple people were having the same issue!
Buyers- please please please reach out to a seller if you can't access a template link that you should have access to. You might help solve a problem they are completely unaware of (as everything tested great and even was selling fine up until now).
Sellers- if someone emails you saying a link is broken/ doesn't work/ they're getting an error, but you know that link has worked fine.....don't assume user error, be safe and generate a new template link to share (you may not be able to recreate the problem they are having).
